The FREE links exchange application with templatesetc.com is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The applicant must strictly follow all the steps set out herein before submitting the application.
2. The link to templatesetc.com must use one of the links mentioned herein.
3. The link to templatesetc.com must be not more than 2 clicks from the home page of the applicant's site.
4. The link to templatesetc.com must be clearly visible in the applicant's site.
5. The no. of links in the applicant's site are subject to a maximum of 50 links per page.
6. No adult, gambling, illegal sites are accepted , nor sites containing hatred, offending and any other contents which in the absolutely discretion of templatesetc.com shall deem inappropriate.
7. The applicant's site must be up and running and shall meet a minimum design standard as solely decided by templatesetc.com.
8. No links farm or sites mainly created for collection of links are accepted.
9. The approval of the application is subject to absolute discretion of templatesetc.com which may be withheld without assigning any reason therefore.
